The privacy advantage
Gated access is a meaningful layer of daily life—not a slogan.
Residents and visitors enter through Broken Sound’s access-control process before reaching Laurel Pointe. The club’s official contact information says photo identification is required for community access and provides dedicated gate and guest-access contacts.
That controlled arrival is one of the property’s strongest lifestyle benefits. It should still be described accurately: access control helps manage entry, but no community can promise complete security or eliminate risk.

After the community entrance, the home sits in an established residential enclave with landscaped streets and a quieter neighborhood scale.
Private residence
The final layer is the individual two-story home, attached garage and private entry—separate from the club’s public-facing activity areas.
Before move-in
Make the first arrival simple for every member of the household.
Ask the owner, property manager and current community contact to confirm the exact procedure for your lease dates. Gate practices can change, and a resident credential is different from club membership.
Confirm which adults and eligible household members receive access credentials, when they become active and what identification is required.
Ask how cars, rental vehicles, drivers and replacements are registered, including what happens if a plate changes during the stay.
Understand advance registration, identification, overnight-guest, caregiver and children’s transportation procedures.
Clarify how food delivery, service professionals, movers and larger household deliveries are authorized at the gate.
Save the official gate, property-management and emergency contacts rather than relying on a website page during an urgent situation.
Community entry does not itself create dining, fitness, pool, racquets or golf privileges. Complete the club-transfer process independently.
